Return & Refund Policy

At Layara Jewels, we carefully check every order before dispatch.

We accept returns only for items that are received damaged or defective.

Important:

• An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for any damage claim.
• The video must be recorded continuously from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing the outer package, shipping label, and the product inside.
• Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
• Please contact us with your order details and the unboxing video as soon as possible after receiving the order.
• Items damaged after delivery due to handling, use, or improper storage are not eligible for return.
• Returns for change of mind, colour preference, or personal preference are not accepted.

If the damage is verified and the return is approved, we will provide the appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
